Structured Solutions Inc.’s QBD tools links the SSI Analysis Tools Database to a project to enable teams to enter a list of QBD steps that further define how performance will be taken for certain tasks in a schedule. Longer tasks, for example, can show a list of discrete in-progress steps that will be completed during the task’s period of performance. These discrete in-progress steps, or QBD, help substantiate the percent complete value after a task starts and before a task is complete.
