SSI's Schedule Performance Dataset Generator is designed to allow users to convert their Microsoft Project file into a set of 19 JSON files, collectively called the Schedule Performance Dataset, or SPD. The SPD can be used to satisfy the schedule reporting requirements in the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) or to upload Microsoft Project schedule data to another source
In March 2020, then Defense Department (OUSD/AAP) began the roll out of the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) - see the Data Item Description (DID) Number: DI-MGMT-81861B here. If your project started after March 12, 2020 and has an EV reporting Requirement, you may be required to provide Cost and Schedule performance data in accordance with the IMPDAR. Additionally, with a bilateral agreement between the Contractor and the Government Program Office, the IMPDAR may be applied to projects that started before March 2020.
