Control Account (CA)
Control Account Manager (CAM)
Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS)
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Work Package (WP)
Earned Value Technique (EVT)*
Element of Cost (EOC)
You also need to identify your project's accounting calendar name and its location on your system:
Calendar Location
Fiscal / Accounting Calendar
If your project has special tasks such as Level of Effort or tasks used for Schedule Visibility, you'll need to specify how you identify these task types:
Level of Effort (LOE)
Planning Packages
Schedule Visibility tasks
Schedule Margin tasks
*And, since Earned Value Techniques must be traceable to standard DECM types, you need to specify your identification methods or codes used in your project for these types:
